Ree Projects is looking for a global PR / Marketing & Communications intern

We are looking for a candidate studying at AMFI or similar. A research driven person and critical thinker who is able to develop concepts & create winning content. Preferably skilled with Adobe Creatvie Suite, photography and video driven. Fluent in English both verbally & in written. Affinity with fashion, luxury brands, bags & accessories is a must.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

During your internship, you will assist us with various marketing and communication activities, such as:

- Doing research and create mood boards

- Graphic design for look-books, sales book, brand book, packaging, etc.

- Support photoshoots; production, call sheets, proposals styling, props and locations

- Develop concepts for content creation

- Create content for Social and Newsletters

- PR/Marketing activities

- Communication with press and suppliers (mainly in English)

- Content planning

- Copywriting for newsletters, captions, press releases

- E-commerce and digital marketing support

- Assist in maintaining various social media accounts and communitiy management

- Drafting online and offline campaigns

- Manage and build our community

- Assist working on influencer marketing  campaigns and activiate seeding campaigns

- Initiate and execute PR and communication opportunities

- Setting up quality messages to engage with influencers 

- Arrange & send PR packages

Ree Projects is looking for a Product Management Intern

REE PROJECTS - a global quiet luxury brand offering a distinctive yet understated line of luxury bags.

Do you have affinity with luxury brands, a crush on bags & accessories? Attracted by the Ree Projects aesthetics and values? Then, this could be the match made in heaven!

During your internship, you will learn how to work with an ERP system and assist us with various Product Management activities, such as:

- Sourcing materials, create collection boards, color cards.

- Product development

- Managing proto and sampling process

- Working on technical sheets, creating tech packs, BOM

- Cost and calculation sheets

- Merchandising

- Range plan and Linesheets

- TNA planning

- SMS and PPS reviews

- Sales support

WHAT WE LOOK FOR?

An enthusiastic, driven intern with a keen eye for detail. Well organise, precise and accurate. Who is up to date about what is going on in the international fashion industry.

Excellent in English both verbally and in writen

Good knowledge of Excel, Adobe CC software (PS, AI, Id). Knowledge of Clo 3D or any other 3D Fashion Design software is a plus.

Ree Projects is a fast growing international quiet luxury brand. Our office is located in the city center of Amsterdam. As we continue to expand our online presence and international wholesale network, we are seeking a talented E-commerce Specialist to join our team.

We create with the vision to empower women through thoughtful design - Each bag is designed with functional elegance at its core for a collection uniquely defined by sculptural elements such as the minimal aesthetic and our signature folded gusset, as well as organic movement.

Ree Projects was founded in 2016 by Desiree Kleinen and launched globally mid-2019. Our wholesale business covers a global market presence in the Americas, EMEA and APAC with global key partners such as Nordstrom - Neiman Marcus - Saks Fifth Avenue - Shopbop - Lane Crawford - Club21 - La Samaritaine to name a few

What do we look for?

In this role, you will serve as the linchpin between financial operations and inventory management, overseeing and optimizing the daily financial flows and admninistration in combination with logistics and inventory. As a small company, we value versatility and a hands-on approach, meaning you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in every
aspect of the business.

Key responsibilities:

Optimize financial flows to ensure efficiency andaccuracy.

Collaborate with the accountancy team to process all finance-related activities.

Handle financial administration tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts
payable; e.g.:

Manage finance flows, debtors, and payments overviews.

Verification and booking of invoices and processing purchase and sales orders.

Management of accounts receivable, including reminders and issue resolution.

Preparation of payments.

Management of all cash flows (e.g., bank, CC, PayPal, MSP, Klarna, etc.).

Preparatory work/controls for month-end closing.

Create and monitor monthly management reports.

Serve as the central contact point for expenditures and invoicing

Manage shipping logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery, including preparation of the relevant documentation.

Manage deliveries and assist in arranging shipments for sample requests.

Requirements:

You have:

MBO or HBO degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field. 

3-5 years of relevant experience preferably within a global wholesale/ luxury fashion environment

Experience with ERP and accounting software. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar programs. Experience with Visma Yuki is a pre. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

Effective communication skills.

You are:

Proactive and have the ability to take initiative, understand priorities and solve
problems.

Ready to take charge of your role independently, and really drive this domain.

Are analytical, organized and work accurate.

Eager to contribute to further professionalization of the organization.

Interested in luxury fashion and have knowledge of market developments.

Available for 24-32 hrs per week and able to be physically present in our office in Amsterdam. 

Proficient in Dutch & English.
