We offer free standard shipping on all orders - discounted items/sales excluded. For express shipping you may be charged extra depending on you region.

Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or DPD, depending on your location. A signature is required upon delivery, so we're unable to ship to PO boxes.

Once your order is placed, we process it within 24–48 hours. After processing, delivery times vary based on your location:

Standard Delivery time

· EU: 2–4 working days

· International: 4–7 working days

During bank holidays, sale periods, and festive seasons, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual. A tracking email is sent once your order is dispatched, so you can follow every step of its journey.

Taxes & Duties

EU

For domestic orders and orders shipped within the EU, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the price.

INTERNATIONAL

For all international orders outside the EU, we ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms — import duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Returns

Ree Projects offers a 14-day return policy. You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, please visit our return portal.

Returns are only accepted and refunded if received within 14 days, in original packaging, and without any damage or signs of use. Promotional items, sale items, marked-down products, gift cards, and GWPs are excluded from return or refund.

Made in Italy
This product is made by carefully selected craftspeople in the Riviera della Brenta area in Veneto, Italy. Our manufacturing partners are committed to ethical working conditions, safety, workers' rights, and paying fair wages, compliant with European labor standards.

Leather
The leather for this product is a by-product from the food industry and was sourced from our partner tanneries in Italy. Our tanneries are EU REACH compliant and certified members of the Leather Working Group (LWG) with a Silver Standard rating.

The Leather Working Group (LWG), is a global non-profit organization, that assesses the environmental practices of the leather industry. Being EU REACH compliant involves adhering to the European Union's regulations on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals, ensuring the safe use and management of chemical substances within the industry.

Every purchase is shipped in a FSC-certified box and a 100% recycled cotton dust bag.
